摘    要:为提高紫外光(UV)固化水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(WPUA)的综合性能,用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚/聚酯二元醇混合软段、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)等原料合成不同官能度封端剂封端的UV固化WPUA,并采用环氧树脂(E-44)进行接枝改性。实验结果表明:采用聚醚/聚酯混合二元醇作为软段,能有效解决涂膜UV固化前粘性问题,能忍受一定的机械应力,可以固化前堆放,给涂装施工带来极大方便;UV固化后赋予涂膜良好的耐水性、耐溶剂等性能;环氧树脂(E-44)改性能提高产物涂膜的综合性能。

Abstract:A novel ultraviolet(UV) curable waterborne polyurethane acrylate(WPUA) for optimal properties with different functional blocking agents was prepared from isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polypropylene glycol(PPG210)/polyester polyol(7112) and pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA).The chemical modification was carried out by grafting epoxy resin(E-44) and the problem of stickiness of WPUA film before UV curing was solved effectively when the PPG/7112 was used as mixed soft segment,for improvement of mechanical resi...
