| 摘 要： | 根据参加内墙涂料中游离甲醛含量检测能力验证(CNCA-09-A11)的120家国内实验室的检测结果,比较了我国相关领域实验室内墙涂料中游离甲醛含量检测结果存在的差异,总结和分析了前处理过程中标准曲线绘制方法、加热器选择、加热温度、蒸馏时间、加热蒸馏残留液多少、蒸馏装置大小等对检测结果的影响,并提出相应建议。指出前处理过程方法不统一是检测结果产生差异的主要原因,阐明了研究制定与标准对应的详细作业指导书对进一步提高实验室内和实验室间检测结果一致性的必要性。
