大环内酯类前体的合成及在卷烟加香中的应用

摘    要:为了开发廉价的大环内酯烟用香料 ,参考有关文献 ,以环己酮、环戊酮、过氧化氢和高氯酸等为原料进行了合成环十六内酯、环十五内酯、环十四内酯和环十三内酯的前体试验 ,并采用熔点、1 3 CNMR、1 HNMR和文献比对等方法进行了定性鉴定 ,还进行了热解试验和卷烟加香试验。结果表明 ,合成产物均为目标前体 ,其热解产物也是相应的大环内酯 ,这些合成前体用于混合型卷烟加香 ,可增加烟香 ,尤其是动物香和厚实感。

Abstract:In order to develop cheap macrocyclolactones for tobacco flavoring, the precursors of macrocyclolactones including cyclohexadecalactone, cyclopentadecalactone, cyclobutadecalactone, and cyclopropiodecalactone were synthesized using cyclohexanone, cyclopentanone, hydrogen peroxide, and perchloric acid as raw materials (according) to relative references, then qualitatively identified with m.p.,~(13)C?NMR,~1H?NMR, IR and compared with (references). The pyrolysis of the precursors and the application of the same in blended cigarette flavoring were tested as well. The results showed that the pyrolysis products were relative macrocyclolactones, and the flavor of cigarette smoke, especially animal note and bodiness, was enhanced.
