锂离子蓄电池用天然石墨负极材料

摘    要:报道了一种高性能锂离子蓄电池用球型天然石墨负极材料,这种材料由天然石墨经球型化处理和化学气相包覆得到.研究了包覆过程中热处理温度、碳包覆量对材料电化学性能的影响.优化条件下得到的碳包覆天然石墨材料首次充放电效率达到92%,可逆比容量为330 mAh/g,50次循环容量维持率为98%.

Abstract:A modified spherically natural graphite(MSNG) as negative electrode material was reported.The MSNG was obtained by spherical-treatment from the natural graphite,followed by carbon coating with chemical vapor deposition.The effect of the heat-treatment temperature and coated carbon content on the electrochemical profile was investigated.The results show that the MSNG delivers a reversible capacity of 330 mAh/g with a coulomb efficiency of 92% at first charge-discharge cycle,and shows good rechargeability with a capacity retention of 98% after 50 cycles.
