低温热水地板辐射供暖地面散热量的计算

摘    要:利用有限单元法求解了非线性边界条件下不同地面层材料及尺寸的地板板体中发生的多介质二维导热问题,并讨论了地面层材质以及厚度、管间距、管径、水温、室温等因素对地面散热量的影响。结果表明:在一定条件下,地板板体散热量随管间距的减小而增大,随室内温度的升高而减小,随供水温度的升高而增大,随填充层厚度的增加而减小,随管径的增大而增大。作者提出的模型处理方法较合理,所得结论对有关标准的制订和该技术的推广应用有较好的参考价值。

Abstract:Using finite-element method, the several medium two-dimentional heat conduction problem in different material and geometry under non-linear boundary was solved. The influence of floor materials and thickness,distance between the tubes,diameter of tubes,temperature of water and indoor temperature on the heat from the panel was discussed. The results show that heat from the panel is in direct proportion to the water temperature and tube diameter and in inverse proportion to the tube distance,indoor temperature, and thickness of filled layer. The proposed model is more reasonable and the results are helpful for drafting criterions and popularizing this system.
