生物渗滤床内生物膜形态及微生物种群构成研究

摘    要:研究了生物渗滤床处理生活污水稳定运行时介质表面的生物膜形态和微生物种群分布特征,分析了生物膜及微生物种群的空间变化规律.结果表明,生物渗滤床内的生物膜颜色、形态和微生物种群分布受渗滤介质质地、介质层深度影响,沿水流方向呈现不同变化规律.河沙介质表面生物膜颜色沿水流方向由黑色渐变为土黄色,其表面形态由起伏层叠渐变为平缓;除磷专用介质表面生物膜呈黑色,其表面凹凸交错,与河沙介质表面生物膜形态大相径庭;微生物种群构成多样,共检出包括细菌类、放线菌类、后生动物等三大群类20个种属的微生物;系统营养结构复杂,不同代谢类型的微生物在不同位置渐次形成优势群落.

Abstract:When the biological filter bed is stably treating with domestic wastewater, shapes of biofilm and distributing characters of microorganism species on the external of medium were studied. Also, interspacial transformation rules of the biofilm and the microorganism were analyzed. The result shows, the colors and the shapes of the biofilm, together with the distribution of microorganism in biological filter bed are affected by the quality and depth of the medium. They show varied rules along the current. Along the current, color of biofilm on river-sand medium turn from black to yellow, while external shapes turn from wave-cascade to smooth. Color of biofilm on the dephosphorization medium is black, and the external shapes show accidented intervein, which are widely divergent with river-sand. There are multi-ple microorganism species. Microorganism of three species, twenty genus including, bacteria, actinomycete, metazoa were detected. Nutritional patterns are complicated in the system. Microorganism of varied metabolic pattern gradually forms dominated community in different locations.
