弧齿锥齿轮数控展成加工的位置分析与实践

摘    要:基于弧齿锥齿轮的数控加工原理,根据产形轮和工件锥齿轮之间的展成运动关系,建立了弧齿锥齿轮齿而的数控展成加工数学模型,完成机床参数的调整,并根据啮合方程式求解出展成大小齿轮时刀具的起始位置和终止位置.基于Pro/E用曲面重建的方法得到三维螺旋齿面,建立了试验用的弧齿锥齿轮的三维实体模型.对所提出的方法应用于实例,表明这种方法的有效性.

Abstract:Based on the principles of NC machining for spiral bevel gears and according to the generating motion between the generating gear and the workpiece,a mathematical model of the generating motion of the spiral bevel gear tooth surface was proposed.According to the machining methods of spiral bevel gears,the parameters adjustment of the machine tool was accomplished and the start location and end location of the cutter were determined according to the meshing equation.The tooth profile can be reconstructed by ...
