摘    要:在工业生产条件下采用3种脱氧和精炼工艺生产弹簧钢60Si2MnA,用四甲基氯化铵溶液电解萃取法从热轧弹簧钢棒材试样中萃取出非金属夹杂物,用扫描电镜和图象分析仪等检测非金属夹杂物形貌和尺寸分布。研究表明,采用连铸法较采用模铸法能大大降低大型夹杂的尺寸的数量。

Abstract:Three deoxidation and refining processes to produce spring steel 60Si2MnA have been used in production. Non metallic inclusions in hot rolled spring steel rods were electrolytically extracted with quartermethy1 ammonium chloride solution, then the morphology and the size distribution of non metallic inclusions were observed by SEM and image analyzer. The results show that the continuous casting process could largely reduce the size and amount of large inclusions comparing with ingot casting.
