电力系统暂态过电压测量技术综述

摘    要:暂态过电压是破坏设备绝缘、造成电力系统严重故障,威胁电力系统安全运行的重要因素。因此,设法对暂态过电压进行准确测量尤为重要。文章较全面地梳理归纳了现有的各种暂态过电压测量技术,并按照相应传感器的工作原理,将其划分为接触式测量和非接触式测量技术;并具体就分压器、套管末屏、GIS传感器、电场传感器和光学传感器等方面,总结了各种暂态过电压测量技术的原理、优缺点及适用范围。

Abstract:Transient overvoltage is a dominating cause in damaging insulation and power plants, which possibly leads to severe power system failures and threatens safety operation of the power system. Thus, it is increasingly emphasized to equip the system with accurate measuring ability for the transient overvoltage. This paper reviews the existing technologies on measuring transient overvoltages, which are categorize by contacted and non-contacted technologies based on their principles. In details, the principles, features and application ranges are summarized over voltage divider, bushing tap, GIS sensor, field sensor, optical sensor, etc.
