Abstract:Here,aiming at nonlinearity and sprung mass uncertainty of semi-active suspension system with built-in solenoid valve,an adaptive backstepping control algorithm for semi-active suspension with built-in solenoid valve was designed.The mathematical model and AMESim model of a vibration reduction device with built-in solenoid valve were established,and the correctness of the model was verified with bench tests.Based on this AMESim model and the dynamic model of 1/4 vehicle semi-active suspension,an adaptive inversion control algorithm was designed.Dynamic responses and adaptive situation of 1/4 vehicle semi-active suspension with different sprung masses were simulated and analyzed using the designed control algorithm.The results showed that under random excitation,compared with passive suspension,when sprung masses of 1/4 vehicle semi-active suspension are 260 kg and 300 kg,respectively,sprung mass accelerations of this suspension obtained using the designed control algorithm reduce by 32.4%and 26.3%,respectively,its dynamic deflections reduce by 29.3%and 24.1%,respectively;this suspension has good vibration reduction performance to verify the effectiveness and stability of the designed control algorithm.
