摘    要:石墨烯具有其优异的力学、电子学、热学、磁学、化学特性及屏蔽性能,在防腐蚀领域具有巨大的潜力.目前石墨烯在防腐蚀应用上主要有2种方式,一种是直接作用在基材上,另一种是作为纳米填充物对聚合物涂层改性.石墨烯与具有防腐蚀性能的聚合物材料复合使用,所制备的复合防腐蚀涂料的综合防腐蚀性能得到大幅提高.围绕复合防腐蚀涂料研究,介绍...

Abstract:Graphene has excellent mechanical, electronic, thermal, magnetic and chemical and shielding performance, which presents great potential in the field of anti-corrosion. At present, there are two main ways in anti-corrosive application for grapheme: one is to act on the substrate directly, the other is as nano filler to modify the polymer coating. The comprehensive anti-corrosive performance of composite anti-corrosive coating produced by graphene and anti-corrosive polymer materials was greatly improved. In this paper, in the research field of composite anti-corrosive coating, the functional application of graphene in solvent and water-based epoxy resin anti-corrosive coating, polyurethane anti-corrosive coating and acrylic anti-corrosive coating was introduced. The status of research on graphene composite anti-corrosive coating at home and abroad in recent years were also summarized. Finally, the development prospect of graphene composite anti-corrosive coating was prospected.
