摘    要:本文采用正己烷溶剂进行索氏提取,用GC/MS测定导热硅胶中耦连剂的含量。该方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.01mg/kg,回收率为90%-105%,相对标准偏差为3%-10%,该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高。

Abstract:A method was developed for the determination of cross linker contents in thermal interface material by GC/MS and using hexane soxhlet extraction in the paper. The detection limit was 0.01mg/kg for TEOS at S/N=3. The recoveries ranged from 90% to 110%, while the RSDs of precision experiment varied from 3% to 10%. The proposed methed was simple,accurate and high sensitive.
