制冷压缩机气阀的计算机辅助设计

本文建立了制冷压缩机环状阀设计计算的数学模型,编制了气阀CAD软件。能够快速计算气阀主要结构参数和性能参数,模拟气阀运动规律,并对气阀结构进行优化设计,使设计出的气阀既能满足压缩机性能的要求,也能提高本身的寿命。

CAD OF THE REFRIGERATING COMPRESSOR VALVE

In this article, a mathematical model for designing and compu-ng the compressor ring valve is presented. A CAD of the valve has been program-tied. By using the program the main constructional and functional parameters ofthe valve can be fast computed. The valve movement regulairity simulated and thedesign of the valve construction optimized. As the result, the requirments of thecompressors to the valves designed can be fulfiled and theirlife prolonged.
