基于自由机型通信协议的人机界面通信驱动程序开发

摘    要:人机界面生产厂家都会在他们的产品中装载与几种常用PLC通信的驱动程序,并为其它类型的PLC提供了一种通用的自由机型通信协议。本文给出了一种基于此协议开发SAIA PCD(process Control Device)与人机界面MD204L通信的驱动程序编制方法,这种驱动程序可以根据实际需要来编写,灵活性较强,拓宽了系统选型时的选择范围,降低了系统成本。

Abstract:Almost all the HMI producers load communication drivers for several types common used PLC. They also provide a general protocol called free type protocol for other types of PLCs. A method based on this protocol to develop communication driver for SAIA(?)PCD (Process Control Device) and HMI MD204L was provided in this paper. The driver can be written flexibly with the special application considered. This help to widen the range of optional device type and reduce the cost of control system.
