微机械振动式陀螺仪寄生效应的处理

摘    要:基于微机械陀螺仪的寄生效应产生原理,借助于陀螺仪的系统函数,分析了寄生效应对系统频率响应的影响.对频率响应实部和虚部的处理,可以得到寄生电容和寄生电阻等一些关键参数值.通过数字滤波的方法可以减少寄生效应的影响.

Procession of parasitic effect of micromechanical vibratory gyroscope

Abstract:Base on the principle of the parasitic effect and the system function, affects on the system frequency response from the parasitic effect are analyzed. The parasitic capacitance and resistance can be got from the processed real part and imagery part of the frequency response. The parasitic effect can be decreased by the numerical filtering.
