水-洗煤输送泵内高浓度固液两相湍流的数值模拟

摘    要:以FLUENT软件为工具,应用多流体k-ε湍流模型模拟离心泵内全三维高浓度水-洗煤固液两相湍流,计算包括导入管、叶轮及泵壳整个离心泵系统。结果显示,固液两相流体质点主要流经叶轮叶片工作面一侧射流区。

Abstract:A three-dimensional solid-liquid turbulent flow with high solid-concentration through a centrifugal pump is numerically simulated using FLUENT software.The analysis is completed using standard k-ε turbulence model for each phase in Eulerian multiphase flow.The computational domain is composed of a suction pipe,an impeller and a volute.It is found in the simulation the solid-liquid mixture tends to mainly pass by the impeller shroud and the pressure sides of impeller blades.
