摘    要:针对在数字调制信号源的设计中,由于数据运算量大,CPU速度、RAM容量有限而导致调制速度较低(一般只能达到几十KHz)的问题,提出了一种全新的高速调制信号源设计方案,核心器件选用AD公司具有内部调制功能的高速DDS芯片AD9954.经调试证明,输出正弦波最高频率达160MHz,调制波调制速度可达到1MHz.

Abstract:To settle the problem of low modulation speed (Commonly, a speed less than 100 kHz can be achieved) in the design of digital modulated signal source, caused by huge amount of data to be processed, CPU speed, the limited capacity of RAM, a novel design plan based on AD9954 was put forward in this paper. AD9954, manufactured by AD Company, is a high-speed DDS chip with internal RAM modulation function. After debugging, it's proved that the maximal frequency of sine wave can get up to 160MHz, and the modulation speed can achieve 1MHz.
