超强酸催化剂SO_4~(2-)-MoO_3-ZrO_2的制备与表征

摘    要:合成了新型的固体超强酸催化剂 SO42 - Mo O3 Zr O2 。考察了该催化剂在乙酸丁酯合成反应中的催化活性。用 XRD、AES、SEM、比表面测定等技术研究了催化剂的结构形态和性质 ,并与 SO42 - Zr O2 、Mo O3 Zr O2进行了比较。结果表明 ,SO42 - Mo O3 Zr O2 的催化活性比 SO42 - Zr O2 和 Mo O3 Zr O2 高。Mo O3的存在明显地提高了催化剂的比表面 ,并且具有稳定介稳的四方相 Zr O2 ( t)、延迟晶化、提高催化剂表面含硫量的作用。 SO42 -和 Mo O3共存时 ,两者表现出协同作用

Abstract:A new solid superacid SO 4 2- MoO 3ZrO 2 catalyst was prepared. Its activity for esterification of acetic acid with n-butanol was measured and compared with that of SO 4 2- ZrO 2 and MoO 3ZrO 2. The structure of catalysts was studied by XRD、 AES、 SEM and BET methods respectively. The results showed that SO 4 2- MoO 3ZrO 2 had the greatest catalytic activity, where the tetragonal phase of ZrO 2 predominates, and the incorporation of MoO 3 increased the surface sulphur concentration of catalysts. There was evident coordination between MoO 3 and SO 4 2- when they coexisted.
