| 摘 要： | 在当今产品更新换代日益加快的情况下,快速对市场要求做出响应是企业在激烈的市场竞争中获得生存的必要条件.对于铸造企业,要想快速适应市场需求,就要改变传统的模具制造方法,采取以快速成型技术为基础的快速模具制造技术.本文系统地介绍了各种以快速成型技术为基础的快速模具制造技术制造砂型铸造模具的方法.并以曲轴铸造模具为例,介绍了快速原型与陶瓷型精密铸造结合的快速模具制造过程.

| Abstract: | Today product renews quickly.Market competition becomes increasingly severity.It is necessary for the enterprise to response the custom's needs rapidly to survive in the market competition.To adapt the market requirement,casting eneterprise must change the traditional mold making method and use rapid tooling(RT) technology which based on rapid prototyping.This paper generally discussed all kinds of methods of casting mold,and as an example it gave us the product processing of a crank shaft mold by RP combined Ceramic Casting. |
