超声波强化提取滁菊花有效成分的试验研究

摘    要:研究了采用超声波技术强化水提取滁菊花中水溶性成分的工艺参数,在单因素试验的基础上,进行了正交实验,得出超声波强化提取滁菊花水溶性成分的最佳工艺参数:超声波功率200W,料液比1g3∶0mL,温度70℃,处理时间20min,水溶性成分提取得率为44.1%。

Abstract:The craft parameter on extracting Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat′s water-solubility components by ultrasonic wave technology were studied,on the basis of the single factor′s test,the orthogonal test was finished,the results showed that the optimum craft condition of extracting the Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat′s water-solubility components by ultrasonic wave:ultrasonic waver power is 200W,the ratio of material to liquid is 1g:30mL,the temperature is 70℃ and the extraction′s time is 20min,the extraction′s rate of water-solubility components is 44.1%?
