摘    要:采用高效退浆酶一步法对聚乳酸/丽赛/竹(4/4/2)混纺织物进行前处理,通过白度、断裂强力和失重率指标进行评价,分别对高效退浆酶、双氧水和精练剂的用量、pH值、保温温度和保温时间进行单因素实验研究,得出合适范围,通过L16(45)正交试验, 进一步确定上述因素对前处理的影响,找出高效退浆酶一步法前处理最佳工艺.实验结果表明高效退浆酶一步法前处理工艺能满足聚乳酸/丽赛/竹混纺织物的后续生产要求并有利于清洁生产.

Abstract:One bath with high efficient desizing enzymes is used to desize the PLA/Richcel/bamboo fiber blended fabric.The dosage of desizing enzymes,hydrogen peroxide and scouring agent,pH value,the holding temperature and time are respectively studied by using the breaking strength,the whiteness and the weight loss rate as a proof and then the appropriate ranges are got.These factors are further confirmed through L_16(45) orthogonal experiment and the optimum technological parameters are gained.The result shows that...
