高掺量粉煤灰泡沫混凝土砌块的试验研究

摘    要:高掺量粉煤灰泡沫混凝土砌块是以粉煤灰为主要原材料,普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,配以各种外加剂,经发泡剂发泡,在常温、常压条件下养护而成,具有质轻,导热系数小,抗冻性高以及粉煤类掺量大,成型方便,工艺简单,投资小,见效快等优点。介绍了原材料,生产工艺,产品性能,进行了经济效益分析,并对影响砌块性能的因素进行了分析。

Abstract:Foamed concrete block with high added fly ash is made of fly ash as the main material. portland cement as the cementing material, mixed with various additives, foamed by foamer, and cured at normal temperature and atmosphere. The block has the properties such as lightweight, low thermal conductivity, high freezing consistence, and the advantages of high adding of fly ash,forming easily,simple technology,small investment and quick return.The article introduces the raw materials , technological process and product properties, analyses the economic benefit and the factors that may effect on properties of the, block.
