| 摘 要： | 目前,国内特大气瓶的生产处于起步阶段,尚缺少对特大气瓶进行水压试验的专用试验设备。通过将控制技术、测量技术与计算机系统有机结合,研制成功特大气瓶超高压水压试验装置。该设备打压控制系统实现手动控制和自动控制;称重测量系统可直接测得气瓶的残余变形率,提高了检测效率和检测数据可靠性,减轻了试验人员的劳动强度。测控系统可实现数据的自动输出和试验报告打印,试验报告包括检验日期、试验批次、试验压力、试验种类、保压时间、试件容积、残余变形值、全变形值和气瓶的残余变形率等。
