甲醇气相羰基化合成乙酸镍基催化剂的评选

摘    要:对以甲醇气相羰基化合成乙酸镍基催化剂作了评选。采用正交设计法,在低压条件下评选出活性较高的Ni-W和Ni-V催化剂的组成及相应的最佳工艺条件,获得了乙酸收率达60%以上,选择性达70%以上,甲醇转化率达85%以上的结果

Abstract:Nickel catalysts were used for the vapour phase carbonylation of methanol to acetic acid Under low pressure,the high activity Ni W/V catalysts composition and the best reaction conditions were obtained using orthogonal experimental design This process gives 85% conversion of methanol The yield of acetic acid reaches 60% and the seletivity for acetic acid exceeds 70%
