基于MAPGIS平台的航道信息管理系统设计与实现

摘    要:采用MAPGIS平台,以地形图和电子地图为基础,以地形地貌及其他相关地理信息的空间数据和属性数据为核心,利用计算机技术、地理信息系统(GIS)技术、数据库技术、图像处理技术和可视化技术设计了航道信息管理系统;对航运管理、航道整治、工程设计规划、码头建设、船只导航和水情分析等建立快速提供准确的地理信息、便于查询统计及决策分析的管理系统,实现对航道基础地理数据计算机管理与分析决策。

Abstract:With the MAPGIS platform, based on relief maps and electronic maps, with the spatial data and attribute data of landform, physiognomy and other related geographic information, making use of cyber technology, GIS technology, database technology, image manipulation technology and visualization technology, a Sea-route Information Management System is built for ship managing, sea-route renovating, project designing and programming, dock developing, ship navigating and water situation analyzing, which can quickly provide real and precise geographic information to make query, statistic, decision-making and analysis much more convenient, and finally realize the cyber management, analysis and decision-making of the sea-route basic geographic data.
