轮胎耐久试验机阀控液压伺服系统的研究

摘    要:本研究以模糊模式控制器设计理论整合常规控制技术应用在阀控液压伺服系统中。控制器设计结合模糊模式控制、液压伺服技术、PLC控制技术,以减少模糊规则库的数目,达到输出力精确控制之目的。实验结果显示,本研究成功地解决了常规控制技术不能很好加以控制的力控制问题,比传统阀控液压缸系统具有更佳的力控制响应、稳定性能。

Abstract:This paper presents a fuzzy controller integrated with the conventional control for the control of a hydraulic servo valve controlled cylinder. The PLC is used in combination with the fuzzy control to reduce the fuzzy rule numbers. Experimental results show that the integrated control system with the proposed algorithm can achieve a better force control response and good stability.
