摘    要:提出了一种基于遗传算法的往复活塞式空气压缩机优化设计方法.该方法是以空气压缩机活塞直径、活塞行程作为设计变量,以空气压缩机功率损失最小为目标进行优化设计的,最终求得具有最小功率损失的空气压缩机部分结构参数.

Abstract:An optimized design method based on GA is applied to to-and-fro piston style air compressor.The method uses the piston diameter and piston as the design variable,and takes minimal energy loss of air compressor as its objective function,and optimizes the function getting the configuration parameters.The numerical calculations show that this method may get the configuration parameters of minimal energy loss for air compressor.
