| 摘 要： | 西安市城中村改造面临着资金缺乏的困境,如何拓展融资渠道成为城中村改造的关键问题。对当前我国开发性金融的概念、特性及在其他领域的运行模式等进行分析,在此基础上对开发性金融参与城中村改造的可行性进行论证,分析了我国城中村改造引入开发性金融的必要性。
