摘    要:对沙角C电厂内冷水中断事故及其对发电机造成的损坏作了介绍,经分析,造成了定子绕组继水后出现振动过大的主要原因是端部固定方式较薄弱,无法承受在一定的温升时所产生的热膨胀,事故后,厂家决定对发电机绕组端部进行临时性的加固,情况已经明显改善。

Abstract:This paper introduces the generator damage caused b y interruption of cooling water in Shajiao C Power Station. It reaches a conclus ion through analysis that the fixing of the stator end-winding was comparativel y weak and unable to withstand the thermal expansion at a certain temperature ri se, which became the major cause for the excessive vibration after the interrupt ion. Temporary reinforcement on the generator end-winding was made and satisfac tory results were obtained.
