| 摘 要： | 近年来昆明冶金高等专科学校在拓宽就业渠道方面做出了一些成绩，探索出了几种新的模式。在对几种模式分析的基础上，提出“双定生模式”、“中德职教师资培训”“工科嫁接外语”、“3 2 3模式”等几种模式，现对这几种模式进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Kunming Metallurgy College has made some successful achievements on the graduate - employment and created several new patterns. Based on the analyses of these patterns, the author chooses a few of them for sharing them with other colleges and improving them gradually. These are Pattern of Dual - oriented students, Pattern of Sine - Germany Vocational Education Training, Pattern of the foreign languages graft into Engineering Majors, 3+2+3 Pattern and so on. |
