摘    要:对港口装卸用钢丝绳的原材料、制造工艺、结构设计、选用要点进行分析,提出原材料中磷、硫、氮、氧含量应很低,碳、硅、锰、铜的含量波动要小;热处理的炉型要先进,热处理时的工艺参数精确、可控,处理后的索氏体率要高,抗拉强度散差小;用大盘重周转可减少电接头,避免制绳钢丝脆断,这些措施均可提高制绳钢丝质量。选用外层8股以上的钢丝绳、压实股钢丝绳、金属绳芯钢丝绳,并用工程尼龙填入钢丝绳层间、外股间可有效提高港口装卸钢丝绳使用寿命。在使用中,缠绕钢丝绳的绳槽曲率半径为钢丝绳直径的0.54倍,绕线槽的宽度大于钢丝绳实际直径的5%~8%,从天轮到卷筒边沿的偏角不大于1.5°,最好小于1.2°。

Abstract:To analyze raw materials, production process, structure design , selection and use outline of wire rope for port loading and unloading. It is pointed out that the content of phosphorus, sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen in wire rod should be very low, content of carbon, silicon, manganese and copper wave small; heat treatment furnace should be advanced, process parameters should be controllable and precision as heat treatment, high sorbitizing rate and small tensile strength dispersion after treatment ; using heavy coil to run can decrease electricity tie-in and avoid steel wire for rope brittle breaking, all these measures can improve quality of steel wire for rope. To choose and use out layer more than eight strands wire rope, compact strands rope, metal core rope, and to use engineering nylon to fill in layers of rope, between out layers can prolong service life of wire rope for port loading and unloading efficiently. The curvature radius of rope trough to wind rope is 0.54 times of rope diameter in use, rope trough width is bigger than 5% -8% practical rope diameter, leaning angle from top pulley to edge of wheel is not bigger than 1.5 degree, less than 1.2 degree had better.
