摘    要:考虑由多个零部件供应商和一个造船商所组成的造船供应链,建立供应商管理库存(VMI)条件下造船供应链的优化模型。模型在考虑零部件交货提前期可压缩条件下,对造船商的船舶运力规模、零部件供应商的交货提前期进行决策,并结合算例,比较分析了压缩零部件交货提前期的费用分别由零部件供应商独自承担、由造船商和零部件供应商共担这两种情况下的整个供应链总利润的大小关系。结果表明:压缩零部件交货提前期费用共担会提高整个造船供应链的总利润。

Abstract:Considering the spare parts variable delivery lead time, presents the optimization model of a shipbuilding supply chain consisting of multiple spare parts suppliers and one shipyard. The proposed model determines the shipyard's optimal ship capacity, and the suppliers' optimal spare parts delivery lead time. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and compare the total shipbuilding supply chain profits when the spare parts delivery lead time crashing cost is assumed by the suppliers alone and shared by both suppliers and the shipyard. The conclusion is that the total shipbuilding supply chain profits are larger when the spare parts suppliers share the delivery lead time crashing cost with thc shipyard.
