| 摘 要： | 泰州石油化工总厂针对常减压蒸馏装置直馏柴油碱洗脱酸过程中存在柴油乳化和碱渣乳化带油问题,对工艺进行了改进,采用了加注SG05-6柴油破乳剂、改进精制流程、优化工艺条件等措施。改进后装置运行的效果表明,柴油乳化问题完全消除,柴油酸度从28.0 mg/(100 mL)降低到1.5 mg/(100 mL),碱渣中油质量分数从20.0%降至1.5%。

| Abstract: | To solve the problems of diesel oil emulsification and oil carry-over in caustic sludge emulsifi- cation in caustic scrubbing deacidification of straight-run diesel from atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in Taizhou Petrochemical Complex,effective measures have been taken,such as improvements of process,appli- cation of demulsifier SG05-6,improvement of refining process and optimization of process conditions,etc.The operation of the unit after improvements show that,no diesel emulsification has been found... |
