摘    要:以某航空电子产品为对象,尝试通过HASS等效转化为传统筛选的方法进行筛选定量评价,探讨一套基于GJB/Z 34-1993,而且易以工程实施的HASS筛选定量评估方法,为军工电子产品批产可靠性控制应用新技术提供借鉴。

Abstract:A screening quantitative evaluation was applied to an avionic product by the equivalent transformation of HASS to traditional screening method. A practical HASS quantitative evaluation methodology based on GJB/Z 34-1993 is developed to provide a reference for applying new techniques to the reliability control of volume production of military electronics.
