高职院校职业技能竞赛机制的探究--以常州轻工职业技术学院艺术设计系为例

职业技能竞赛以其特殊的创新教育功能，有力地推动了新时期职业教育的改革和发展。高职院校进行职业技能竞赛，需要以符合院校实际的管理制度、遴选机制和学生选拔机制，建立完善的竞赛组织协调机制。同时必须端正办赛、参赛的指导思想和动机，建立起高效的运行机制，全员参与竞赛，使竞赛贯穿于教育教学的全过程，同时邀请和吸引行业、企业积极参与其中，培养出真正适应社会需求的、复合型、创新型高素质人才。

Study on Vocational Skill Competition Mechanism for Higher Vocational Colleges-A Case Study of the Department of Art Design of Changzhou Institute of Light Industry Technology

Vocational skill competition with its particular innovating education function has strongly promoted the modern reform and development of vocational education.Skill competitions in higher vocation-al colleges must go with system management and selection mechanism in accordance with the actual manage-ment of college students and establish complete competition organization and coordination mechanism.Colle-ges should set up effective organizing mechanism to call for all teachers to take part in and make skill com-petitions run through the whole teaching process as well as invite and attract industries and enterprises to ac-tively participate in the competitions to cultivate the students into versatile and creative high quality talents who will well meet the social demands.
