摘    要:将普通CD40润滑油作为基础润滑油,在3种不同的载荷作用下,对含有金属陶瓷添加剂润滑油对汽缸套-活塞环摩擦磨损特性的影响进行了模拟试验研究,并与实际使用的普通CD40润滑油的试验结果进行了比较。研究结果表明,汽缸套-活塞环摩擦副在这种添加剂作用下,其磨损失重及摩擦因数都大幅度降低。摩擦副表面扫描电镜分析结果也表明,这种添加剂使摩擦表面更光滑,其本身具有表面自修复作用。

Abstract:Selected common CD40 lubricant as based oil,the simulation experiment was carried out to study the effect of ceramic metal lubricant additives on tribological behavior of cylinder liner/piston ring of main marine diesel engine under various loads,and the result was compared with that of common CD40 lubricant.The research result indicated that the friction coefficient and the weightlessness of wear decreased prominently.The worn surface of the piston ring and cylinder liner was observed and analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy.It was observed that the worn surfaces were smoother and can be self-restored by this lubricant additive.
