摘    要:电解槽寿命是电解铝厂的一项重要技术经济指标,我囝槽寿命较短,主要原因是侧部早期破损,本文通过分析了200KA预备电解槽槽侧部炭砖破损严重的原因,总结了修补漏洞、降低电流、降低效应系数等措施,可有效改善侧部炭砖的破损度,减少侧部漏炉,确保了系列安全,有效降低了劳动量.
