| 摘 要： | 从目前国际和国内建筑市场的基本情况入手，阐述了加入WTO对我国建筑业及国民经济的影响，综合分析了中国建筑业和建筑企业的劣势及国外建筑企业的优势，将国内外建筑企业的特点加以比较，并进一步阐述了加入WTO对中国建筑业的正面和负面的影响及相关对策。

| Abstract: | Considering the international and domestic situation in construction market the paper elaborates the influence of WTO on our construction business and national economy. The disadvantages of Chinese construction business and construction enterprises and the advantages of abroad construction enterprises are analyzed synthetically. And the characteristics of them are compared. The positive and negative influences and correlative countermeasures of WTO on our construction business are elaborated too. |
