摘    要:详细说明了磨料射流钻割一体压控钻头结构组成及其工作过程,介绍了高压磨料射流切割煤岩原理,通过试验,总结分析了磨料硬度、磨料粒径以及磨料流量对钻头切割性能的影响。

Abstract:The structure and the working process of the abrasive water jet drilling-cutting aiguille were illuminated.The mechanism of high-pressure abrasive jet breaking coal and rock simply was introduced,through the experiment,the influence of the cutting performance was analyzed,which made by hardness & size & flux of the abrasive.
