摘    要:本文针对胜利油田高含沥青质原油合成了一系列不同分子量和PEO/PPO比值的嵌段聚醚型破乳剂,并考察了其对高含沥青原油的破乳脱水规律。选出了适合高含沥青质原油破乳剂的分子量和PEO/PPO比值。并在此基础上复配了两种助剂,对乳状液的破乳脱水效果起到了进一步的改善。

Abstract:A series of nonionic block polyether demulsifiers with different molecular weights and PEO/PPO composition ratios were synthesized for high asphaltene crude oil in Shengli Oilfield. A demulsification rule of crude oil emulsions was studied using these nonionic demulsifiers. The most demulsifer with perfected molecular weights and PEO/PPO composition ratios was pick out, and it was in combination with two assistants, improved the capability of the demulsifier.
