摘    要:应用Unigraphics NX4.0建立齿轮齿根应力分析模型,直接应用UG仿真加工的方法范成出渐开线齿轮的精确齿形,特别是齿根过渡曲线。根据刀具顶部圆弧的不同,可以仿真加工出各种不同齿根过渡曲线的渐开线齿轮三维模型,应用ANSYS软件对此模型进行齿根应力分析。该方法避免了齿轮有限元分析模型建立时,齿根过渡曲线需要求解超越方程的繁杂计算。通过实例对该方法进行了引证,它为齿轮齿根应力(或应变)的准确计算提供了一种途经,供齿轮强度准确计算与研究时参考。

Abstract:Applies unigraphics the NX4.0 to establish gear tooth root stress analysis model,directly applies the simulation processing method of UG to Fancheng produces gear precise tooth profile according to the different top circular arc of cutting tool,may simulatily process each kind of different tooth root transient curve the involute gear three-dimensional model.And use ANSYS software to analyse this gear model again.This method has avoided to solve a transcendental equation tobring when establish a finite gear analysis model.Finally,use an example to proof this method,can provid one way that computate accurately gear tooth root stress(or strain),and supply refering to computate accurately gear intensity.
