采煤机变频器的软件设计与实验研究

摘    要:为提高采煤机利用电能的效率,针对SPWM脉宽调制的变频器直流电压利用率低、输出电流的谐波含量高的问题,以数字信号处理器TMS320F2812为核心,CPLD为辅助控制电路,DSP完成算法设计,CPLD实现逻辑控制与键盘显示,最大发挥各自的性能.采用软件法实现空间矢量脉宽的调制.实验结果表明:该方法比硬件法谐波含量相对减少,电机电流的谐波小,实现了频率调节范围为1~50 Hz,低的电机高频噪声,高的电压利用率.

Abstract:To improve the efficiency of coal winning machine use of electricity, in view of the SPWM pulse width modulation) inverter dc voltage utilization rate is low, the problem of high harmonic content of output current, the digital signal processor TMS320F2812 as the core, CPLD as auxiliary control circuit, DSP algorithm design, CPLD logic control and keyboard display, maximum play to their respective performance. Space vector pulse width modulation implemented by software method. The experimental results show that this method than the hardware method of harmonic content decrease relatively, small motor current harmonic, finally achieved for 1 - 50 Hz frequency range,low noise, high voltage utilization ratio.
