摘    要:上海锅炉厂440 t/h循环流化床(circulating fluidized bed,CFB)锅炉冷渣器在运行中存在高温灰渣流化不良、超温、结渣焦等问题,为此,分析了产生问题的主要原因,提出采用滚筒式冷渣器代替原有的风水联合冷却流化床冷渣器的改造方案。介绍了冷渣器改造的具体方案、选型要求、改造内容,改造后冷渣器排渣效果达到了预期目的,排渣温度降低了50℃左右,减小了冷渣器对锅炉运行的影响。

Abstract:The slag cooler of 440 t/h circulating fluidized bed (CFB)boiler in Shanghai Boiler Works suffered poor fluidization of high-temperature slag, ovcrtcmperature, slagging and coking, etc. in operation. Upon analysis of the main reasons for the problems, it was proposed that the original fluidized bed slag cooler of air-water combined cooling be replaced with drum-type slag cooler. The specific transformation scheme, type selection requirements and transformation content of slag cooler arc described. The deslagging of the transformed slag cooler is satisfactory and the deslagging temperature drops by about 50℃, which reduces the influence of the slag cooler on boiler operation.
