基于计算机立体视觉的图像测量技术

摘    要:对基于计算机立体视觉和图像处理的高精度测量技术的应用进行了研究,建立了用于测量目的的计算机立体视觉系统模型,提出了对被测量物体附着网格的方法以获取物体本征图像,再应用图像处理和网格点匹配技术获取测点的坐标。对系统涉及的几个重要算法:摄像机标定算法、网格点的提取算法和网格点的匹配算法做了详细的研究,并结合金属板材加工的应变测量的实际应用给出了测量实例。

Abstract:This paper describes a high speed and high accuracy measuring technique based on image processing and computer stereo vision. Through applying some grids on the object, the characteristics of the object can be obtained by cameras. With image processing and grid nodes corresponding, the 3-D information of the object can be calculated. Some key algorithms such as calibration algorithm, grid nodes extraction algorithm and correspondence algorithm used in this system are discussed in detail. Based on this measuring technique an applicable system is constructed. An example is given at the end of the paper.
