特高压输电塔KK型节点受力性能有限元分析

摘    要:该文对特高压输电塔无偏心无环形加强板KK型节点进行有限元分析。对于无偏心无环板KK型节点,空间KK型节点承载力均在不同程度上低于相应平面K型节点。分析表明:当β增大时,KK型节点承载力呈先增大后减小,再基本保持不变的发展趋势;当D/t减小时,节点承载力呈指数增加;当B/D增大时,节点承载力线性增加,但增幅较小;当主管轴压比η增大时,节点承载力大幅降低。

Finite Element Analysis on Stress Performance of KK-typed node in UHV Transmission Towers
Abstract:The KK-typed nodes of the UHV transmission tower without eccentric annular reinforcing plate are undergone the finite element analysis. For the KK-typed node without eccentric ring plate,the bearing capacity of space KK-typed nodes is lower than that of the corresponding plane. The study shows that the bearing capacity of the KK-typed nodes first increases and then decreases and finally keeps a still development trend when βincreases, and when the D/t decreases,the small capacity exponentially increases, while when the B/D increases,the bearing capacity increases linearly,but the growth rate is relatively slow and when the competent axial compression increases greater than η,the bearing capacity significantly declines.
