摘    要:介绍了催化裂化增产丙烯助剂(LPI-1)对原料适应性的实验室研究结果。研究表明,LPI-1对长庆常压渣油、九江管输混合油和茂名加氢渣油均具有很好的适应性。该助剂不仅可以用于炼油企业催化裂化装置增产丙烯,而且在已应用助气剂的催化裂化装置上仍可有效增产丙烯。使用该助剂后,液化石油气产率增加2.31个百分点以上,丙烯产率增加1.51个百分点以上,增产丙烯的选择性均在59%以上。于气和焦炭产率略有增加,总液体收率基本不变;汽油研究法辛烷值略有提高,同时汽油烯烃含量有所降低。

Abstract:Laboratory result of the adaptability of LPI 1(a kind of assistant to increase FCC unit propene yield) to feedstock is expounded. The result shows that LPI 1 developed by Research Institute of Petrochemical Engineering Technology / LPEC has good adaptability to Changqing atmospheric residue, Jiujiang pipe line transportation mixed oil and Maoming hydrogenated residue. It can be used to increase the propene yield of FCC unit and even is effective in the FCC unit that has adopted the gas promoter. With LPI 1, LPG yield has been increased by over 2.31 percent points, propene yield by over 1.51 percent point and the selectivity for increasing propene yield is over 59%. Dry gas and coke yields have been slightly increased and the total liquid yield remains the same. In addition, gasoline RON has been slightly increased and the olefin content reduced.
