地空导弹装备综合保障性评估模型研究

摘    要:地空导弹是地面防空的主要力量,信息化时代的发展和信息化水平的提高给地空导弹装备的综合保障带来了巨大的挑战和机遇。传统的装备保障已经不能满足现代战争的要求,装备的综合保障是其发展的主要方向。保障性评估是综合保障工程的一项重要内容,是实现装备保障性目标重要而有效的监督和控制手段,对地空导弹装备综合保障性进行了深入的分析和研究,提出了采用模糊评判的方法建立评估模型,对地空导弹装备综合保障性能进行分析和评估,对于提高装备综合保障能力由重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The Surface-to-Air missile is one of the main weapons in air defense. The development of Information Age and the improvement of the informatization level bring up great challenge and opportunity to the integrated support of the surface-to-air missile. The traditional equipment support mode can't meet the needs of the modern war, and the equipment integrated supportability is the trend. Supportability evaluation, as an important part of Equipment Integrated Supportability, is a very important supervision and control measure to achieve supportability objective. This paper provides in-depth analysis and research on the Integrated Supportability of Surface-to-Air missile. Fuzzy Evaluation is applied in the establishment of the evaluation model, with which the analysis and evaluation on the Integrated Supportability of the Surface-to-Air missile is done. It in meaningful to the improvement of the weapon Integrated Supportability.
