| Abstract: | In this paper, we consider the general state-space model for the two-dimensional linear
discrete systems with varying coefficients. The general formula for response of such systems
is derived. Necessary and sufficient conditions for local controllability and observability are
obtained. In addition, minimum energy problem is solved. |
