| 摘 要： | 大停电事故多是由连锁故障引起,而极端天气所致的多重故障、继电保护隐式故障和电网拓扑结构薄弱环节则是诱发电网连锁故障的主要原因。基于对南方电网历史事故的分析和总结,从多角度研究了南方电网中存在的连锁故障风险。通过完善防御连锁故障的预防性控制措施、提高复杂事故下的故障分析能力、制定防御连锁故障的紧急控制措施和建设实用化的事故处理技术支持手段,南方电网成功地处理了多次复杂事故,有效地控制了连锁故障对电网安全带来的威胁。

| Abstract: | Cascading failures could cause blackouts of power systems, and they are mainly coming from mul-tiple failures due to ex-treme weathers, hidden failures of protection and weaknesses in network topology. Based on the analysis and summariza-tion of the historical acci-dents, this paper studies the risks of cascading failures in China Southern Power Grid (CSG). By improving the preventive control measures, increas-ing the ability to handle complex incidents, devel-oping emergency control measures and building up practical technical tools to treat cascading failures, CSG has triumphantly dealed with several com-plex incidents so to con-trol the risks of cascading failures. |
