| 摘 要： | 以 2′,4′-二氟 - 4-羟基联苯为原料 ,采用与二氧化碳直接羧基化的工艺方法 ,制备得到了解热镇痛药二氟尼柳 ,并讨论了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间、惰性保护气体和碱的种类对羧基化反应的影响 ,得到了较好的效果 ,在优化实验条件下 ,羧基化收率可达 75 %以上

| Abstract: | Diflunisal was prepared by the carboxylation of 2',4' difluoro 4 hydroxy biphenyl with carbon dioxide, and the effects of reactant ratio,reaction temperature, reaction time, inert shield gas and kind of base on the carboxylation reaction were investigated. Under optimum reaction conditions the yield of carboxylation was above 75%. |
